Service on my front storm door lock was excellent.

Take the guess work out of if the keys cut at the big box stores will work and come here. I've been a customer for years now, without any issues. Keys made here is stamped. I'm sure any issues you might have will be corrected. Highly recommend! Establishment could work on being more welcoming/friendly but why subtract a star for that. You're here to have a key cut.

I did not have to wait long for the technician to arrive even during rush hour traffic. Mike was amazing. He called to let me know how soon he would be here and he was.
